Two men, 26, identified as victims of downtown double homicide
Toronto police have identified the victims of a double homicide that occurred over the weekend in the Queen Street West and Dovercourt Road area.
Abdiwel Abdullahi and Mohamed Abdiwal Dirie, both 26, were found without vital signs at an apartment building at Lisgar and Sudbury streets shortly after 7 a.m. on June 28.
On Sunday police said they are looking for four "dark-skinned men in their mid-twenties” in connection with the killings. One of the men is believed to be east-African with a distinct southern American drawl.
