You see how they're tryna upgrade Jane and Finch mall (they got the fun fest up for canada day weekend btw )… it's only a matter of time.

They trying to rebrand Finch as University City to get the York U students. Finch got too many buildings mixed with low income MTHA complexes. Even if they tear down a few there's too much low income units in the area to have a real affect. They upgrading the Price Chopper at JF Mall. IMO it wont make a difference in the short run. When they built Yorkgate it was supposed to be an upgrade. Didnt really work out that way.

The violence in Woodbridge is more about city politics and contractors. Vaughan has the most corrupt City Council in the GTA. They are trying to get a casino in there too now.

I'm old school Finch. From '89 to 2006 I lived there off and on. Most my people from Tobermory Drive. I still have a condo there. I rent it out, its down by Lane.

I lived in 35 Fountainhead when I first moved to Toronto. Mom used to tell me not to cross the creek. lol First place I went. I was 13yrs old in '89. Had to learn quick.

I used to hustle out back 15 Tobermory and play ball there. Would also hang in that lil complex across from 35. My crew used to all hang out back of 15. Fourwinds, weston road & tobermory dudes. We all used to chill there. I'd be on 15, 2 or in the stairwells. My closest friends to this day all from there. We all grown men now. Moved throughout the GTA.

Just look at whatever I can turn a profit and then figure out if its doable.
You dont keep money liquid like that. You sell and reinvest. Leverage debt if necessary.

Meh 90 percent don't live in the area anyways, you went on a weekend prob when all the out of towners go to wonderland, reptilia and Vaughan mills. Go on a weekday after 6pm and the mall is dead as Michael Jackson
