Only a few parts ofsauga are dump, like dundas and hurontario

I know the Port Credit cribs are expensive, but those ones I understand. They are really nice and it is beachside property. That part of Sauga is actually nicer than I always thought - always figured Sauga was a dump for some reason.

Sauga actually has some nice areas, high property value (port credit, old Meadowvale Village, Churchill Meadows, East Burnhamthorpe).

If you cant get into a property in the GTA, try Cambridge/Guelph :manny:

I know chicks from those areas and they tend to be on that :mjpls:

But y'all are just saying move here, move there assuming there are gonna be jobs. I know there's jobs in tech (my field) for KW but those other areas are sounding like a stretch.

In any case may god help us young cats.

Montreal

It's still reasonable. You can find decent apartments for $600-$1000 a month, but you'll be living far away from downtown. Mostly places off the island of Montreal like Beauharnois, Longueil, and St-Eustache. It usually takes an hour or more to get downtown using public transport from those places.

Not to mention those areas are 95% French Quebecois separatists. :scust:
