you never been to Brampton...
:what:What? I was catching the 1A to Bramalea City Centre when you were watching Pokemon. I remember when Shoppers World didn't even have a bus terminal, They made wait at the far end of the parking lot were The Bay use to be. Brampton has made huge progress.

TTC and Metrolinx (GO) have missed the opportunity to be ahead of the curve. Toronto has subway projects going on like 5+ years with no end in sight. I truly believe I'll die before they'll complete another subway expansion. Then you got the GO Stations looking like an out house with little parking. Then they jam pack you in like sardines. Mad delays.

Just horrible planning. If it's this bad now, imagine when we really get over populated.

Heh. Well you do admit the transit system trash in Brampton. Only advantage ttc has is the self serve presto machines

Also, Toronto/GTA has the worst transit system in the world. Period.

I'd move clear out of the GTA if I could, but how am i going to get to work? The transit system suck. :stopitslime:
:umad: Go to Detroit, Atlanta, Miami, Tennessee, etc I've seen way worse.

toronto transit is pathetic,, whoever planned the city did it horribly, should have had stations stretching to the zoo going east, north to vaughan, working with mississauga to stretch to sauga

Three years ago was probably the cut off for entering the real estate market (outside of fringe GTA or overpriced condos)

its over

a house on my street is listed for 1.59 million :dahell:

8 years ago houses on my street were going for 550k

even these condos aint worth it, like 300k for a matchbox with maintenance of like 500 a month

when i get married ill just be renting one of those matchboxes for like 1,400-1,500 a month

I learned long ago not to count on the TTC to do anything worthwhile in my lifetime. I was right.

Highest ridership in North America and can't turn a profit. Can't maintain or update their system either. Inefficient and unreliable. Just a horribly run business.

We basically needed whole new subway lines over 10 years ago. The need will only get extremely pressing over time.
