What they charge you with?

Nothing. We didnt do nothing. They searched us they found nothing, they checked with the central, none of us got records.

He said he saw my friends put something in the trunk and when he said put your hands up he didn't cooperate. Honestly my friends dont speak english. I'm the one who speak a little bit so there it is. The officer even got his hand on his gun. He searched the car thoroughly, questioned me about stuff and he found nothing. Not drugs, no nothing. I'm not even Canadian and I dont know If i got a record

Ontario soon come

They better. It sucks that people are losing their jobs and businesses are closing, but they have to be harsh if they want to get this down for real instead of opening because of whites being "fatigued".

My cousin told me she was getting married next May, and instead of congratulating her, my entire family was like "Yeah that ain't happening in May:russ:"

You heard about that wedding with 23 people infected so far right? It was an Indian wedding with 4 separate parties over the course of the week smh.

I can't wait to leave this country when this shyt ends.

The program will include:

  • up to $53 million to develop and implement a new National Ecosystem Fund to support Black-led business organizations across the country. It will help Black business owners and entrepreneurs access funding and capital, mentorship, financial planning services, and business training.
  • up to $33.3 million in support through the new Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund that will provide loans of between $25,000 and $250,000 for Black business owners and entrepreneurs. The Government of Canada is also partnering with financial institutions, including RBC, BMO Financial Group, Scotiabank, CIBC, National Bank, TD, Vancity, and Alterna Savings, to make up to $128 million available in additional lending support.
  • up to $6.5 million to create and sustain a new Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub that will collect data on the state of Black entrepreneurship in Canada and help identify Black entrepreneurs’ barriers to success as well as opportunities for growth. The Hub will be run by Black-led community and business organizations, in partnership with educational institutions.

@Lord Scarf how you spinning this one?

Hospitalizations and deaths are still low. France and other parts of Europe have a second wave right now, but deaths have been low. Either treatments improved or its mainly focused on young people. Either way, rising cases doesnt mean itll be a disaster.

I been saying this for weeks..once they lifted restrictions, people acted like it was over and they could relax.

This government was too quick to lift restrictions, did a poor job managing what needs to be reopened first and the messaging made it seem like life was back to normal when it shouldn't be.

What's the alternative though? Indefinite lockdowns? People have started to discount every trade-off associated with them. Lost education, lost revenue, mental health impacts etc.

Goverments thankfully stepped in for people who've lost jobs, but I think many people who've adjusted easily because they can work from home (I am as well), discount the impact on people's lives who cannot. Same for impact of no school on kids, or delayed surgeries and appointments on overall health outcomes etc.

If most cases can still be traced, and are focused on younger people, rising cases isn't the end of the world. The key metric is hospitalizations rather than cases IMO.
