Brehs a month into the Pickering experience and it’s so much better than Vaughan. In part because we did a full Reno on the new crib but still

@MikelArteta Vaughan used to be goat status in early 2010s. Turning point was 2017-18 and now it’s which is ultimately why I left.

Real diversity. I’ve seen more black folk in a month than I’ve seen in Woodbridge in 13 years of being there. kids playing outside my son already made friends with the neighborhood kids his age.

Vaughan is horrible now, crazy traffic, all the condos ruined the exclusivety
