You're not going to get anybody tbh. There's been a ton of cuts with multiple departments that's not fully reported. You won't get any help at retail because not much access. Depending how dire your request is you're better off escalating issue on share the concern page. I think they're shifting towards AI and if you look at their company Fyedo it's nearly impossible to reach a person because they shifted towards AI and force customers to schedule a callback

People were fooled by a fresh coat of paint on an old car. The Liberals continue to govern as usual. They are still bringing in large numbers of temporary foreign workers, which keeps wages low and steal jobs from canadians even though there is no real labour shortage. They keep holding express entry draws that are not needed, remain weak on crime, as Canada continues to suffer heavy losses in trade tariffs.
Carney seems focused on creating the appearance of productivity, taking advantage of the summer networking season before Parliament comes back in the fall. Like Trudeau, he seems more interested in being popular than dealing with important issues. Parliament should have been recalled, a budget presented, and laws debated. These are dire teams and all carney has done is increased wages for military .

They all got doxxed and suspended from thier hockey team. Information all blasted online. If they were thinking of at least going semi-pro in hockey, probably have zero chance now.
