not too sure about more concentrated but there are certainly black ppl around her. The east side around airport road and bovaird is where I live and there are a lot f Ghanaian and Jamaicans.

Sauga, Brampton, Ajax apparently, Scarborough and Toronto are where blacks reside generally

Ive always wondered why is that? Would love to see more black peers in york region...its not as expensive as people think but it is family oriented. Every time I tell people where I live they think I am rich and stuck up...which I am and we are just middle class. Love to see more black people around my way yall should come down and invest here.

My family has been in Brampton since probably 1994 when it was farmland, white folks and indians here and there. Pioneers of this african migration to the GTA.

Brampton has been an amazing place to invest but the indians were a step ahead of everyone else. Our house is worth like 900K now; copped it for about 500K not including the accrued interest

To add...york region is for people who want to settle down and into that fast life with multiple women...if thats you its a good place to invest with all the housing going up around toronto.
