If you are sticking with 1080P, the 970 will max anything out as long as the CPU is good enough to keep up.970 or 980 brehs ?
I'm on a GTX 780 right now...
Its been killing it for me but I need that 60fps...Hover around 40fps in most games...
Processor is an I5 4670k...
Moved up to a 1440p monitor. This 970 is struggling. Gonna have to SLI

I would consider the 980ti. it's only ~$150 more than the 980, and it's significantly more powerful, plus comes with 6gb gddr5970 or 980 brehs ?

Like I said the 780 been holding it down for me...I max out everything or close to max at 40 fps...Even got GTAV running with pinnacle graphics at a smooth 35-60fps depending on the area...
I have a feeling I'm going to cop a 4KTV soon...I got that itch to spend stupid money on things I don't need...
If I do that I'm definitely copping a 980...
Hahahaha. I'm waiting for a 6tb. It's all or nothing.
I got my 5tb of games installed on my 6tb hdd now. My 500gb ssd is good for games I'm playing currently. I'd like to have them all on an SSD though. Probably a few years away from that though
