Have we almost hit the ceiling?...I'm gonna throw it out a window. In situations like that I always tell them a clean format is the only way to fix it,

I was able to make my mom's oldBrehs how the fukk do you deal with slow ass computers man?? My brother computer is ancient and I'm trying to fix it but it feels futile. The shyt literally hangs every few seconds for a minute or two and it just is painful to sit through. I don't have the patience and really think it's a waste of time. That shyt got 3GB DDR2 ram, some old ass Intel pentium core 2 duo and integrated graphics. I don't think his shyt even has a CD drive.i can't man I can't.... I don't think this shyt could even execute a gameboy emulator.
desktop running proper.
"The question again is whether we've hit the limit on screen resolution improvements on handheld devices. But this time, the question revolves around ever-faster graphics processing units (GPUs) and the resolution limits of desktop monitors. ITworld's Andy Patrizio frames the problem like this: 'Desktop monitors (I'm not talking laptops except for the high-end laptops) tend to vary in size from 20 to 24 inches for mainstream/standard monitors, and 27 to 30 inches for the high end. One thing they all have in common is the resolution. They have pretty much standardized on 1920x1080. That's because 1920x1080 is the resolution for HDTV, and it fits 20 to 24-inch monitors well. Here's the thing: at that resolution, these new GPUs are so powerful you get no major, appreciable gain over the older generation.' Or as Chris Angelini, editorial director for Tom's Hardware Guide, put it, 'The current high-end of GPUs gives you as much as you'd need for an enjoyable experience. Beyond that and it's not like you will get nothing, it's just that you will notice less benefit.'"

I told him I'll just build him a computer because this shyt is unbearable. I don't have the patience to sit through painfully slow load times, hangs and BSODs. Those things drive me crazy.

Nah not even close. We got the 4K revolution coming up, then mothafukkas are gonna wanna 3 monitor that (like me). So no, we're still far, far away
I cannot tell you how much better it is. IT IS SO fukkING GOOD. The immersionIs having multiple monitors really that much better? i mean IMO,it must be harder looking across 3 screens let alone 2.
If you have a good enough card, fukking do it ASAP. You will not regret it. Other than that occulus rift that is not out yet, this is the next stage in gaming. I am not exaggerating at all. Three monitors will change your opinion of gaming forever. 1 monitor only games are like
I dont play games on both monitorsIs having multiple monitors really that much better? i mean IMO,it must be harder looking across 3 screens let alone 2.
and 1 in windowed but full screen mode on the other monitorwas toying around with replacing my bedroom PC with something more capable. damn components i want add up to over $1000.
ASRock Z87E-ITX Socket $150
Intel Core i7 4770K $270
- $30 combined at Microcenter
$390 for mobo and processor if i went down to the core i5 i could save $70 more bit i cheaped out last time and regretted it.
BitFenix Prodigy Arctic White Steel / Plastic Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case $70
from this point on everything else would be optional. i could gut my bedroom PC and take 8GBs of the 16GBs in my gaming PC in fact the new bedroom PC is already better than the gaming PC and if i should take the best components from it instead.
if i were to continue
CORSAIR CX series CX750 $85
BDR-208DBK 15x Internal Blu-ray Burner $60
already at $605
buying this thing its own memory instead of leaching from the other PC and buying a good graphics card. 780+ or R9 290X are gonna push it over $1000 easy. i mean i just took a guy's on-call and didn't even get called out all week so that's like $200 in free money i got for doing nothing. its already burning a hole in my pocket.

I'm looking into upgrading my bedroom htpc myself. Thing is that'll require a much bigger case and psu,
Here's what its in currently,

Been thinking of gutting an original xbox and using it as a case. Not sure if they make picopsu's powerful enough for that though.
