the quality in soul food is starting to slip

I was about to post the same exact thing, nikkas still don' t know how to cook a proper meal for themselves in 2016

Nowadays people don't cook like back in the day with the time and food preparation and cooking skills that's needed. People like to take shyt out of a can or bag and heat it up and there u go. Some folks don't even try to doctor it up.

Women nowadays (not all) generally can't cook like grandma could. And men can't either. I dated women with sisters and mothers and they just can't cook at all. They even fuk up shyt from a bag.

went to M&M's out in Inglewood last week

and the shyt was

I been there before, that shyt was terrible. I just go to dulans down the street and the one on crenshaw. I heard there is this one spot called Carolyn's Kitchen on manchester and central, I need to make my way over to the eastside and try it.

The real gem in there is the lemon crusted "Chicken" nuggets. I usually hit Serengeti teas and spices on Sunday and then walk down to seasoned Veeg
