the modern concept of "black" originated in the USA; Africans never identified with that label until they became more Westernized
this is true on a wider scale but within ones respective homeland, all black groups have closer ties with people of their ETHNICITY/TRIBE, first!
an ados black republican and an ados biracial are closer to eachother than a foreign black republican/foreign black biracial
