The shills will NEVER admit it, but they're playing chess out here. He, or whoever is advising him, are giving Blacks similar lip service, which may force the Dems to come correct and stop playing on the threat of us not coming out to save them. If they can avoid making average American life worse, or especially if they improve it, the Dems are fukked. If the Republicans offer the same symbolism, why bother? It's political chicken.
