Falcons/aints game last Thursday was the first time I truly felt like the NFL was rigged. I don't think they pick and choose for every game, but they do put their hands on the games they want to. fukked up but it is what it is.

I've noticed the same pattern.

It's not "scripted" as some would say, but refs definitely try to manipulate the "momentum" of the game.

I think it wears on a team mentally(the team being fukked over by the refs) and takes them out of their game plan.

The coaches/players start to blow up on the refs, as payback, the refs hit em with more bad calls/no-calls(that may have favored the targeted team)

I noticed this big time in the Cardinals/Steelers game last week.It was blatantly obvious which team the refs wanted to bless with the momentum(Steelers).

Ed Hochuli is one of the worst at it.

As you said, I don't see it all the time, but there's certainly games where it's blatantly obvious.

I believe when Jake the Snake Roberts was asked in an interview that was on Youtube was Wrestling fake he admitted it indeed is fake then he proceeded to say NFL NBA and most other professional Entertainment leagues are rigged. Those devils @ Jewtube took that vid down smh. It is a business what many of you sports enthusiasts fail to realize. Also the government keep these leagues tax exempt cause they know they do a good job at keeping the masses attn away from real life issues just like these churches who are also tax exempt

Its the flags/penalties/new rule changes that kill me. There's so many of them that its easy to control a game. We need to back them up ten yards- offensive holding. Give them an automatic first down- defensive holding. And the pass interference call is at least respectable in college- its just a 15 yard penalty but in the NFL its :mindblown: You can throw a 70 yard bomb and if its in the endzone that put the ball on the 1 yard line.. Who's to say the receiver would even catch the ball. That's f*cking insane for any sport.:scusthov:

I watched the vid. The whole "the NFL tries to matchup teams with storylines for the Superbowl" angle just seems like an off angle. You don't have to try hard to dig up a storyline between any football teams. No need to rig games to come up with a storyline filled Superbowl, when the big game basically sells its self. America doesn't care who's playing in the SB, they'll watch it anyway. All the theories read so far have some holes in them. Having said that, I've always thought the NFL(like most sports) had a bit of rigging from the refs, owners and powers that be, from time to time. I always found it funny when the "NFL over everything" fans would try to take jabs at the NBA for Tim Donohue and a supposed lack of integrity in the NBA. I've always thought "If they only knew what certain franchises got away with in the NFL annually" you think some of these teams are just good and bad year in and year out without any help? The NFL and most sports are rigged to a certain degree(Certain QB's get roughing the passing calls more than others just like certain superstar NBA players get to the FT line more than other players) but OP and the video posted were REACHING further than Dhalsim. The NFL's history in gambling and some of the royal families of the NFL(Rooney's, Mara's, etc) having their hand in illegal gambling have alot of merit though. Looking at you, proud Steelers, and Giants fans.

Well keep in mind you can have me beat for a 70yd TD but if I grab you from behind its only a 15yd penalty in college. Does that sound right to you?:francis:

But that still doesn't guarantee that the throw would've been perfect and that I would have caught the ball.. or even that maybe after I caught you would've caught me from behind and prevented the touchdown. Its all speculation. imo the 15 yards is perfect :yeshrug:you can't award a team 50 or more yards on speculation.. not to mention more than half of pass interference calls are questionable and not accurate. Some are obvious but most are:what:
