:manny: This life ain't for every body. Some can't handle it. The same people complaining or having issues could of possibly had issues anyway. Also I really dislike how people think PTSD has to be service related. A lot of us from the Hoods already had signs and symptoms of PTSD from friends and family members being shot or being shot at or raped or abused or whatever you may have...So I can't blame the military for these issues...

It also took me 17 years to realize this i would of told you otherwise at 3 years in. And this comes from reflection and time spent in combat, on staff in combat, planning for combat, training for combat, recruiting others, training others, figuring out what training others needed, and now advising.

Sadly some of us are more likely to have a traumatic or bad experiences right in their home town. Some people just aren't physically or mentally tough and some just lack empathy or a social conscious.

Ask yourself have you lost friends, seen a tragedy, been involved in a tragedy, caused the tragedy. Just sit back and reflect.

nikkas ain't got no PTSD man:mjlol:
Don't even try to play us as a people like that.

Some pills they give people over there fukk them up.

Desert Storm...for example. A lot of brilliant people that I know are now remedial. A lot of shyt that we don't understand about the side effects of immunizations is fukking our people up.

I will say that, we don't know that half of what the fukk is coming after the next wave of medical experimentation.
One of my cousins served in Desert Storm and he hasn't been the same since. My auntie and uncle don't even know what's up with him. I asked about him awhile ago and she said "All we know is that he's alive :yeshrug:."

Last time I saw him was almost 20 years ago when we had a cookout at my grandma's. Unc told me I could sneak and grab a brew out of the cooler in his van cuz I wasn't old enough to drink yet and my grandma don't like a whole lot of drinking at her place. I go get a brew and cuz is just chilling in the back of the van. Scared the shyt out me cuz I didn't even know he was there. Keep in mind we already had been there for hours, and it's hot as fukk and he's just chilling in this hot ass van away from everybody. I was like "Hey, what's up cuz, I ain't know you was here :gladbron:!" Dude's eyes just burned right through me and he didn't say shyt. He looked like he was staring off into another dimension or some shyt. It had been about eight years after Desert Storm, but he looked like he aged a good twenty years. He didn't get out of the van the whole time neither.

shyt hilarious cause dudes be on here and ain't served a day in shyt
And barely did shyt in life
And stay posting about being depressed and suicidal :mjlol:

Dudes got numerous threads talking bout "no fap" cause they life suck n get no p*ssy n broke and testosterone low as fukk and pre cancerous due to the high estrogen levela:wow:

Atleast dudes who been in multiple warzones got a legit excuse

U just sit at home and go to school or work and u wanna blow ya brains out:mjcry::mjgrin:

Shootouts to all the people that served. You gotta do what YOU gotta do. I know plenty of people with ptsd and disabilities who never served a day in their life. :yeshrug:
I get what y'all are saying, I never served in the military but been around alot of vets over the years and had fam in various branches. Shyt will mess your mind up, I can see and understand how PTSD can affect folks that don't grow up in a hostile environment and then get thrown into the fire without any type of mental preparedness. If you not from or lived around hood shyt then something that would happen in the hood could lead you to PTSD. I seen someone get beaten to death once and that ain't some shyt you forget, for me seeing a shooting didn't even compare but all that shyt is surreal and puts all types of stuff in perspective about life and alot of folks can't handle that type of perspective reality.

Everyone I know has seen some wild shyt so I know undiagnosed PTSD is probably at an outrageous level for folks in areas like where I grew up. It's beyond prevalence for vets cause folks be killing themselves AT THE HOSPITALS. Just do a Google search of the local VA hospital of where ever y'all live and you'll get strings of suicides that happend. I know the one near me use to have folks jump out of the glass windows of the upper floors so they had to put bars over the windows to stop it.:wow:

No Cap,

A lot of people who were already fukk ups and try to blame the military as an a excuse.

Nikkas got their family members believing they were Rambo, when they ain’t kill shyt in the ME :mjlol: and rode a desk the entire time.

Listen PTSD, and other shyt is a real issue, but I get tired of these sob stories, of people spending 4-5 years in the military being the reason they’ve struggled most of their adult life :yeshrug:

These are sad and the country needs to do more for the people who sign up to do its bidding

But I don’t understand the point of most of these?
Is it for likes? Because what exactly did they think they were signing up for when they signed up to fight a war?

Like, what is that lady blaming her brother’s suicide on? To say the people who trained him were mean or something?

If it’s to combat the positive propaganda of the military, cool but most of these just seem like ppl circle jerking about a more fukked up scenario than the last

My dad was military. He retired with a disability. However, because of that I got to go to college free for two years.

My point is that these issues aren't solely service related and that people should understand that the war sometimes begins at home rather than abroad.

I notice that people especially brothers and sisters never ever get diagnosed with these issues or receive treatment. It's like we are just supposed to suck it up and drive on....

That's absolute bullshyt. My father spent his last four years in the Army counseling these men and women and the majority of them were black. Hell, I have two Navy buddies, who decide to make careers out of it when I got out, and they both absolutely lost it. One is in a mental facility and the other is in prison essentially for life.

My best friend's late father was cool about 358 days out of the year. For the week of July 4th, it was a disaster. He'd be fukked up for a week with people popping off fireworks. It's not all that fun trying to help your friend, cover up his naked dad with a blanket, who's hiding in the bushes in the back yard, and get him inside the house. Not fun at all.

My late great uncle, who is also one of my god parents, died at the ripe old age of 50 from Agent Orange exposure. All of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren have skin issues and an above average rate of cancer diagnosis.

I didn't tell anyone where their issue stems from. Everyone has issues that began in varying places based on various life experiences.
So basically you're juelzing because you make money working for the military
