The majority of people spend less than 1 hour a day in their car, total.

It just gets you from point a to point b, just get a reliable brand with a solid warranty packaged with it and has decent modern technological toys.

Leather? Why? Clothe is just fine. Again, most people spend less than 1 hour a day in their car.

I'm basically saying there is no reason for anyone to get anything other than a modern toyota corolla:

MSRP: From $17,300
MPG: Up to 30 city / 42 highway
Curb weight: 2,800 to 2,875 lbs
Horsepower: 132 to 140 hp
Fuel tank capacity: 13.2 gal

Everything you need. Reliable. Fuel efficient. Roomy. Good features for good price. Resale value very high. What else do you need. :manny:

Please explain to me otherwise.

i like luxury breh, I also drive a lot, so for me there is every reason to own a car over 20k

corolla is to small for me i'm over 6feet tall with long legs. and i drive more than a hour a day. in my car.

and lets not talk about weekends.

and it did run me slight over 22k after taxes. with that said. with the amt of doe i blow in gas. i could actually do well in a Tesla(the newest one thats the cheapest model thus far-- ultra low maintenance and no gas.)

You do know that the new Tesla is about the size of 3 series which is the size of a corolla? I guess size isn't as important as you make it out to be if saving some money on gas.

when you say size. i'm not talking about the size of the car on the outside. i'm talking about the legroom/headroom on the inside. because the tesla does not have a huge engine in the front or back it means those spots are trunk space. and the fact that they took out the electrics from the dash(which is why all thats there now in the new model 3 is a giant ipad looking screen in the middle of the console area. they moved the front seats up further but gave you more room and move the back seats back further to give back seat riders more space. and kept that one piece of glass on top to maintain headroom. now i dont know the exacts on it. But i would assume doing that kind of moving around would mean there's possibly more leg room than in cars of similar or equal size. i could be wrong. remember i said I would LIKE one of those teslas. i didnt say i had one. if i was shorter i sure as hell would love one. but if i hopped in and felt it was to tight. i would be sad status but i wouldnt buy it because i cant sit in a tight car for and hour or more in traffic with my long legs.

oh and i found this. but he's talkinga bout the back. who knows what it is in the front. but i assume you could slide the seat back its not like i have people riding behind me all the time.

Seating is every bit as good as described. In his presentation of the Model 3, CEO Elon Musk had some great things to say about the seating and noted that they’d pushed the dash further forward, which nudged the front seats ahead and allowed more legroom for rear occupants. The strategy works, and at a very tall 6’-6”, I had no issue with headroom or legroom.

shyt I know you don't have one lol. I guess we will find out how much the size will change but if its awd believe me it won't be that much cause the motor goes in that space. The headroom isn't that much either if its anything like S where its an extra inch or two. I can't wait to get in one though to see the difference between that and the S.
