You're not making a good point here. No one is completely absolving the man of the responsibility, you will not find any of my posts that say it. But for a man to even APPROACH a woman at all he is relinquishing the power to her whether or not they will continue to interact. Anyone who is a part of the dating world will tell you the same thing, you're trying to argue that men and women have equal power in deciding whether a sexual relationship will occur when that is completely untrue.

But for a man to even APPROACH a woman at all he is relinquishing the power to her whether or not they will continue to interact.
