Eating fatty/unhealthy foods itself doesnt make you fat, but it leads to over-eating.

Weight loss is directly attributed to calories intake/calories burned

1 gram of protein= 4 calories

1 gram of carbs= 4 calories

1 gram of fat= 9 calories

A snapple bottle contains around 200 calories.
A bag of sour patch kids is 220 calories.
On the flipside
Water is 0 calories
And 1 apple is 95 calories

The more fats (unhealthy fats) you consume, your calorie intake increases quickly.

I agreed with with everything in this post except for the bolded. A calorie is a calorie, it doesn't matter where it comes from. There are a lot of fat vegetarians out there who ascribe to the bolded. You can gain weight on a diet that's rich in nuts and avocados.

You admitted to playing basketball so I don't understand this arrogance of yours. :comeon:

You can lose weight on any diet as long as you have a calorie deficit. But what your irresponsible dumbass fails to understand is, there is more to weight loss than losing weight.

And judging by your posts, your dumbass doesn't even know what a calorie is. You seem to be under the impression that your weight loss is linked to the ACTUAL WEIGHT of the food you ate. :dame: :russ:

its not simply calerie intake or working it off. you need to eat regularly to build up your metabilsm, unless your body goes into starvation mode and you retain excess water and get chubby and podgy.

so eating one meal a day, could make you gain weight especially if you dont burn it off but it will just go back on with the next meal and etc. you need regular food intake, thats why these models are bulimic.
