Hue Jackson had the team on the right track. It was his offense that did it.

That Palmer trade would have been good because with Hue the next year I believe we make it to the playoffs or close to it again.
We just needed a way better defensive coordinator that year cuz he's the reason why we aint make it
Raiders were actually legit under Hue and Jason.
Thing is Palmer came to a new team with no training camp or a chance to get on the same page as the offense. He is an average QB with flashes of really good play. I have no doubt if Jackson stayed and Palmer got another year with HIM, Raiders woulda won the division at 9-7
