For your own happiness and mental health, leave. What are you majoring in? I would suggest something closely related to that. There are always temp jobs out there as well, if you need something quick for the time being.

The best decision I made career wise was leaving one place I hated for another one I really like with a pay-cut.

Oh god, working the 11:30pm-7:30 am shift at my 24 hour store with no security and only 3 people on staff.

First off fukk family dollar for selling those bullshyt mrs.freshley's buddy bars; that shyt was terrible;
including the honey buns.

You should take a career assessment test which can tell you what line of work you should be in based on your personality. Since your an asst. manager; when looking for a job you can say the reason why your leaving was because the lack of growth in the company. I know a couple of good job out lets but there in the science field; really only you can tell what career field you should be in.
