And people will turn on you when it cuts "non-compliers" off, because they will feel like,

"Oh well, you should have bowed to the system"

A lot of people will give into it, because of peer pressure and not wanting to lose what they have worked their whole life for. It's a devilish plan. People don't realize they are going to take it from you anyway.
I might honestly crash out :francis:

Like my man said, they do it to folks in China and some of these other countries already. That's what these people want to bring to the U.S.

But they know people will except it if it's run through the technology in their hands.
Only bright spot is it may bring ppl across the political spectrum together

This is like iPhone 3g camera status at the moment in terms of ai just wait till it's iPhone 16 camera wise

Remember when McDonald's brought in touch screens for order and now they have like 1 person on cash instead of four?

My local grocery store has like ten self checkout and 1 real cashier

What I'm saying as time goes on even client facing instesd of having like say 10 people there will be two

Even tv anchors will prob just be a an ai avatar
It’ll probably happen, but I think it’ll be a while before high skilled client facing jobs are affected.

Part of it is just because clients are not usually great at articulating requirements, and a human would still probably be more efficient in that regard (translating requirements).

Edit: Clients also want people to tell them what they SHOULD BE doing. While AI is getting much better at delivering solutions based on prompts, I don’t know how great they are at making recommendations and I don’t know how soon corporations would trust AI to directly determine their strategic decisions.

In the book of Daniel, it tells you how Daniel was told to bow to the system (the golden statue of the King) of Babylon or die. They put him in the lions den. GOD saved him from death. But we know they likely did it to other people who died.

In Revelation it tells us how the end times will be a technologically advanced replaying of what happened to Daniel in Babylon. The mark of the Beast. A controlled worldwide financial system where you can't buy or sell unless you bow to the beast system. People are going to die in defiance, but many will sell their souls to the devil to stay alive just a little bit longer. Jesus is going to return to stop the AntiChrist and the rebellion.

The goalposts will definitely be moved. I fear it can usher in an apartheid like system here, where even if you comply "terms and conditions" will be arbitrarily updated, or applied retroactively.

Of course they will. Once it's under the control of A.I. there's no more barriers to it. That's why they are rushing to build these data centers. Billions of dollars on 1 data center and they are building hundreds of them. Buying nuclear power plants. All meant for the system of A.I.

Democrats and Republicans both pushing for the system to be built.

They have been laying under sea fiber optics connecting all of the continents for years.

Alot of companies are all in on GenAI (outside of the banking industry bc they are always last to the race) the most immediate shift will be in customer service jobs- GenAI (think ChatGBT) can easily replace a 10/hour worker. This technology will only get better as companies invest in making their own version of ChatGBT

you think customers will accept AI lying to them all of the time?

I think our one saving grace will be, the power consumption for AI is ridiculous. Apparently the US's power consumption for AI is the entire state of California's consumption in a single year; that state is over 10% of the population of the entire country. It may plateau at a certain functionality until nuclear power gets approved wholesale.

I don't know enough about the architecture to know if this can be corrected through more efficient code like Deepseek. I never got to see how efficient Deepseek is, so I don't even know if the claims are valid outside of what some news outlets have said.

So if power consumption stagnates it, we may be able to create appropriate legislation or at the very least, the general public might find ways to circumvent the most draconian aspects of it for a period of time.
