and nowadays if you're not being scouted by 8th grade or even 6th grade, the likelihood of you going to the pros is even more slim.

And those kids who are getting scouted at such a young age, they're probably middle class AND they're fathers played in the NBA, Internationally or at a D1 college.

The average kid in the ghetto or some country backwater town does NOT have access to all those resources and facilities to help then become the best. Unless they're get discovered by some booster family on some The Blind side type of shyt.
