Yeah but you have to live in McKinney which is basically a 40 minute ride to Dallas and also is boring, characterless, cow pasture on the way to Oklahoma. Seeing as how I have a large disdain for suburbs, especially post world war 2 suburbs, I'll definitely pass on that. Nice home though.

Desoto, Lancaster, Duncanville, cedar hill, mesquite. All have houses that look the same and are 20 minutes max from downtown. None of them are mostly white either

We moved to Mckinney in 2002 when my mom bought a house. I remember there wasn't much in that area at the time. It's really built up in the past few decades.

I'm not buying this. first off, mckinney is NOT 25 minutes from dallas. it's not even 25 minutes from north dallas unless the central expressway happened to be empty.

second, mckinney is kinda pricey, and ur NOT getting that type of home out there for that price. I'm calling

also, I just went on redfin and put 330K as the top price for a single family home, and I'm ONLY seeing one level homes that are like 1100-1300 sq ft total. basically smaller starter homes.
