As I said...as long as I have indicative proof that the women in question i.e. my female roommate knowingly and willfully engaged in providing sexual favors in lieu of paying her share of utilities and rent...for sexual favors. Most decent to high paying jobs are in the city. The cost of living in or near those jobs is higher than it's ever been.
More young professionals are living with roommates or parents to save money to get their own place now more than ever before.

I put a big smile on my face everyday knowing how lucky I am. Won the housing lottery 4 years ago & I’m paying 1150 for a studio in the Bronx.

Most “affordable” studios now are on average going for 1600-2500.

I talk to my staff who live around the city and ask them what they pay in rent (we are in the midwest).

It's always around 1100-1700, which is about half their take home pay. This is with roommates. Cost of living is ridiculous.
