I’ve lived with women before and have never had this issues. Stop reading fake garbage on Reddit.
Better thread title would’ve been “this is why you shouldn’t live with jobless people”
How long did you have to wait? Also, did you win an apt lottery in the same neighborhood you lived or a different one?I put a big smile on my face everyday knowing how lucky I am. Won the housing lottery 4 years ago & I’m paying 1150 for a studio in the Bronx.
Most “affordable” studios now are on average going for 1600-2500.
The reddit texts are fake but this is definitely true. She'll call him gay and spread rumors about himyou never seen real anger til you turned a bytch down for sex.![]()
It's because simps gentrified the p*ssy marketWomen inflate how much they think p*ssy is worth. Do they not realize that for 3 months of utilities you can fukk a porn star or an attractive local IG whore.
A regular bytch ain’t worth months of bills.
Fall for fake texts bruh
I think I'm gonna call my broker and short the p*ssy market. It's because simps gentrified the p*ssy market

Do you know how much an apartment cost in 2023? LolGrown men shouldn't have roommates, period. Male or female.
if you living with your partner that's one thing. Needing another person so you can maintain a roof over your head? That's someone that's still working on adulting properly.
And people dapped his postYou realize how expensive housing is these days?![]()

We talking about people in America?I'd say 24-25 but 27 max to cover most circumstances.
25 is old enough to have your masters (if you wanted/needed) or plenty of job experience and some sort of trade/degree that allows you to feed, clothe, and shelter yourself. It's old enough to be beyond excuses for bxtch boy behavior (ex. having a rough childhood ain't an excuse for self sabotaging behavior anymore). Its old enough to have the life experience required to start and lead a family. I can't say what type of career someone should have other than at 25:
- You have a strong talent/capability with that skillset
- That skillset should be highly marketable with a strong future for financial growth
- That career/talent/skill should be easily monetized without requiring an upfront cash investment that is greater than the amount you can expect to make in your first 2 years in the skill/talent/career
I know the person in the "example" is only 23, so I'll give him another year or 2.

I pay $1940 in rent now ($80 dollar increase)
It's on my own but that is taking 90% of a paycheck.
Get a roommate you can trust so you can both save money.
