Taylor removed all her music off of spotify a while back and it didn't even put a dent in Spotify's Armour. It didn't hurt them at all. She left her music on Tidal and you see how much it's helped them.. Not very much.

the product is medicore compared to its already established competition, the first impression commercial was lacking (to say the least). the rest of this is just extra stuff that piles on.
