I'm about to eliminate all fast food and bs from my diet, I need some advice though..

What do I buy..? usually when I try and eat right I'll buy some fish, eggs, rice, lettuce.. Then I get bored with that because Im not buying enough and I don't have a ton of experience cooking..

I share a fridge, so I cant fill it to the brim with my own shyt.. So advice on that too

So drop what food, how much of the food, and dope recipes a beginner

Any other advice on eating right?
is just cleaning up your diet the goal?
keep it green keep it clean. buy whatever fruits and veggies you like. Chicken, turkey.
Put it like this, everything you need is on the outside of the grocery store aisle not the inside aisles. Start there and google recipes from there.

green veggies
almonds are really good for you, contain high levels of magnesium

rice and lettuce are not necessarily healthy

like another poster said, kale and spinach is a lot healthier

my man works out 6 days a week, most days he works out twice a day.. he eats a lot of chicken, eggs, yogurt, spinache.. and waffles and pancakes (protein ones) :lolbron:

I had a kidney stone recently and 2 surgeries. I'm up to damn near 6 liters of water a day. But yo, if you get a Jones for some fried chicken you need to cop an air fryer. Cuts out MOST of the fat and calories from traditional frying. Buy frozen veggies in bulk. Chicken, Turkey and fish (occasional red meat ). Watch how much protein you eat remember your kidneys have to work for you. If you eat fast food , once a week or once every two weeks .

Breh you're just going to have to learn to be bored.:yeshrug: Smoking weed and running keeps me in check. The high you get from eating healthy and running is :ahh::noah::ohlawd::whew:. fukking up just a little fukks with your high. Idk how to eat healthy and be satisfied. Everything good is bad for you.

Load up on Chicken and Beef Broth.

When you choose the bake chicken breasts, use the broth. Typically 12 ounces per breast.

Chicken breasts are amazing. Full of protein, super lean, and they fill you up. 1 single baked breast cut in half will feed you for dinner and lunch the next day, fam. I do it all the time.
