Tips on eating healthy/cooking

Also, eat a light meat-free breakfast.

Oatmeal, granola, fruit, nuts...are all sufficient to get you through the morning.

By the time lunch comes, you've already gone 16 hours without meat, and that meat you had the night before is already fully digested.

My go to is spinach and collard greens with carrots, garlic, onions and jalapenos. Saute that shyt in a pan and you good to go with a little seasoning only takes about 20 minutes total. You can eat that for a few days.

Also "cauliflower rice" (cauliflower minced in a food processor till it's like rice) with unsalted red beans,quinoa,garlic and kale. Just cook everything in a pot and saute the kale in a skillet. Takes 20 minutes total.

This to. I never eat breakfast. Just empty calories for me because whether I eat or not in the morning I feel the same come 1-2 in the afternoon. Sometimes I skip lunch also and eat a healthy larger portion dinner and don’t eat again til lunch the next day. don’t really get hungry you can go without a meal here and there and your body gets used to it.

I don't eliminate shyt. People can't stay on they purpose long term cause they be thinking cutting everything altogether is what works. All to ultimately quit in a month or two and go right back to binging and other bad habits, due to craving it for so long. :hhh:

This dont apply to everyone but I'd say majority of folks.

Just keep everything moderation, 5 days eating healthy and two days rewarding yourself. OR do what I do, skip breakfast and sometimes lunch and drink nothing but water and have you some coffee to curb appetite. Then in the evening eat w.e you want and pig out (Look up intermittent fasting/carbloading). shyt is easy for me because i been used it from young. All through school I would skip breakfast and use my money gambling playing spades, and snacks after school. :pachaha:

So im used to going long periods without eating if and whenever I want. Essentially your body will go into starvation mode and will use those fat stores as energy and burn it off. Drinking plenty of water and black coffee will also aide in you flushing excess water weight and overall increased metabolic rate. :ufdup:
