I don't eliminate shyt. People can't stay on they purpose long term cause they be thinking cutting everything altogether is what works. All to ultimately quit in a month or two and go right back to binging and other bad habits, due to craving it for so long.
This dont apply to everyone but I'd say majority of folks.
Just keep everything moderation, 5 days eating healthy and two days rewarding yourself. OR do what I do, skip breakfast and sometimes lunch and drink nothing but water and have you some coffee to curb appetite. Then in the evening eat w.e you want and pig out (Look up intermittent fasting/carbloading). shyt is easy for me because i been used it from young. All through school I would skip breakfast and use my money gambling playing spades, and snacks after school.
So im used to going long periods without eating if and whenever I want. Essentially your body will go into starvation mode and will use those fat stores as energy and burn it off. Drinking plenty of water and black coffee will also aide in you flushing excess water weight and overall increased metabolic rate.
