I don't care for these particle board joints that cost a mili. I know what real.solid homes look like. I seen a million dollar crib coming up in my hood and.the framing look like all particle board and cheap wood. Can't fukk with that.

You couldn't be more right. I'm in one of those crappy built homes now, and yeah in 3-4 years I can make the upgrade. But I'm thinking of just building equity in this home and staying put even if it ain't my "dream house"
