man i remember being a kid and seeing condos for like 79k, or houses for like 240. I remember my parents bought a big ass house in thornhill in 2002 for 300k and that was considered friggin expensive.

I wonder how the hell some people buy houses in toronto if you are a first time buyer, i mean even 20% down on a 600k house is like 120k and your sitll left with a big ass mortgage that can screw you over if the interest rates riss.

Its crazy how expensive woodbridge has become, and there aint even a hospital or good paying jobs in this town

Trust me dog, I feel you...on all of those levels. Them mortgage payments have a nikka grinding hard on the daily.

This house shyt in the GTA ain't glamorous. My 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2500 sq ft house would be like $200k in the states...I paid half a mil for it...

Then they put up one condo then a few years later there's like 7

Now rent there is high as hell

Got folks at finch and Keele thinking yay subway, just a matter of time

Saw a splashy condo at Keele and wilson the other day

that condo they put up right smack dab on finch and weston.
