I watched the vid so I don’t need any help. Brokaw has every right to feel that way. He’s a white man. What, whites are supposed to stop being white because of your sensitivity? Because of history? Having multiple languages within a country isn't a new thing at all, it's a very old, very normal thing across most of the world for just about all of history. Spanish has been spoken on American soil for longer than English has.

Immigrants and English usage is more complex than what he's trying to make it out to be. Someone who has a thick accent or doesn't know the right plurals and usage will fill more confident speaking in their own language. That's not the same as they don't know English.

So the kids in private area together were speaking their native language but then the white lady says they should be 100% in professional settings? They were in a private group setting leave them alone. They hadn't done anything wrong.
