Cube is one of my favorite MC's of all-time, and his first couple of albums are also in my favorites. And he was dope at telling stories, but not at the level of B.I.G. or even G Rap. When they did it, it was cinematic. You could literally feel like you were watching a movie. Cube was good at it, but he was never able to do it with the detail that they did. He also wasn't a better lyricist than either of those two. They were the best at it. Along with Slick Rick and Scarface.

Cube was easily the best rapper in the game from '90-'92, but his strengths weren't up there with B.I.G.'s.

You a good poster breh but anyone who doesn’t mention Nas in a list of storytelling is completely suspect, because he is obviously obviously in a league of his own.

Difference with Nas is his so good at storytelling he don’t need it to be a concept song to tell a story, listen to Doo Rags, listen to Purple, My Way, most of his songs contain stories interwoven, let alone when he actually dedicates a whole song to it, Cube could never never make a song as detailed as Undying Love or Small World and has skilful has Rewind.
