What corporations got to do with daylyt being a clown, lux getting bodied, or hollow being underwhelming though? I can understand some complaints about the ambiance but yall acting like this would have played out any different if you transplanted these same performances over to smack/url format.

Why was mook able to come in and get his shyt off despite all of the corporate cacs and such? I don't know if I buy this "too much pressure", just seems like the performances, which truly make the battle weren't up to par...and I don't know if you can blame that on the lights being "too bright", that just sounds dumb to me.

Nobody is sayin Mook's win is soley because of the set up or anything like that. It's more so like watching a prime line up of good matches for a fight night, but instead of a boxing ring they got em fighting on podiums on 106 and Park. The feel of the whole shyt was just off and it really was a waste. Plus the crowd really didn't seem with it, whether that's cause of the sound man or it was just a wack crowd but it really affected the shyt. And since battle raps are just as much about presentation as bars, the presentation of the event really killed the vibe.

I honestly think Lux and Hollow would have went over better at URL, might not have changed the outcome but it would have been more enjoyable. Daylyts shyt is inexcusable, I don't never wanna hear anything about that fool ever again

I was there and most people couldn't hear Big T, Daylyt or Lux. Coincidentally, all three of which got booed heavily. The fukking sound was awful, it was one mic that was messing things up for one of the opponents apparently. I could hear any of those 3 battles when it cam to Daylyt, lux or big t spittin

I had really good seats but couldn't hear a lot of what lux was saying. Big T was hard to understand too

Lux got the 1st.....he was goin' off.....Mook had some flat out basic shyt at times, and just fukkin' horrible with the hippopotamus line. Lux 2nd wasn't bad, he had some good bars but fell flat like a muthafukka quick as shyt.

Now on the flip side Mook just took completely the fukk off from there, now THIS is how you break Lux down. What Hollow did was just love taps compared what Mook did in his 2nd and 3rd. This was kinda bad. Because they history is beyond battle rap, we all remember the track "headcrack" by Lux back in the day, so if anybody could address Lux in this fashion it would be nobody but Mook.

Lux can NEVER do a multi syllable rhyme pattern again, even i was like gotdamn how long you gonna keep this going, and he did it every round. What happen to the punches!?. He can never do the lost angle bit again. All you can do is add Lux to the list of nyggas who still want to take it light when battling a friend.
