Literally EVERY off-season, NFL players hold out after outperforming their contract as a tactic to get more money. It would be hypocritical to sayat Aaron Donald or Kam Chancellor and be
at Tracee at the same time.
But it would be an issue if the young WR on the saints said he wanted as much as Drew Brees.

Actors sign 6.5 year contracts. The studios aren't obligated to re-negotiate before that point in time. They can, but they don't have to. So the equal pay shyt is people just not understanding the economics.
So Tracey is more concerned with AA earning $20k more per episode, as an actor, writer & main narrator, than her versus The Last Man Standing cast who earns 3x her per episode salary while bringing in approximately 55% of the Blackish ratings?

yep. and i know Anthony is an executive producer and all, but as far as overall tv resume she's ahead of him if i'm not mistaken...Girlfriends was a bigger hit than any of his shows...he just has all those bit roles on movies.. Black-ish is in its fourth season and is about to go into syndication. Tracee is perfectly justified in asking for more money.
