I guarantee he'll submit that. He kinda has to, it's the only episode where his acting ishead and shoulders above the rest of the series.
Therein lies the dilemma. McConaughey's entire performance is hinged on his transformation, which the judges won't see. And IMO Cranston's performance in "Ozymandias" is, at the very least, as good as "Form And Void", if not better.
