Of course I don't. That is why I'm disappointed that the Dems are not speaking more strongly about packing the courts if this Cony Karen women gets confirmed.

I posted those videos to show we've KNOWN this was coming no use in crying and acting surprised now.
Also I don''t get this argument that a Reparations bill approved by Congress will go to the SC and will get overturned. Why do people keep saying this? That never happened to the Japanese Reparations program so why keep saying it will happen to the ADOS Reparations Bill?
They already did breh, it's nothing they can do because the senate majority is making power plays. Elections have consequences. How did we let the senate become majority repubs is beyond me :snoop:. This dude Mitch Mcconnel is a modern day Klan member and let him have majority influence in the senate:sadbron:.
They going to get rid of affirmative actions at both employment, and education. This will honestly result in us becoming a permanent underclass in America (with the exception of people related to athletes and entertainers).

When I'm done with my comp engineering degree I'm moving to somewhere safe in Africa especiallly with all this supreme court justice shyt developing:yeshrug:

That's simply historically false. Affirmative Action was created to combat discrimination against Black folk. It wasn't created until 100 years after slavery ended and slavery wasn't mentioned anywhere in the text at all. The entire Civil Rights Movement was centered around addressing the real disadvantages that Black folk faced in the here and now, it wasn't a reparations movement.

Executive Order 10925—Establishing the President's Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity | The American Presidency Project

Executive Order 11246 – Equal Employment Opportunity | U.S. Department of Labor

And your bullshyt about what I want is simply that - bullshyt. You don't even know who I am or what my background is. You just claimed that Black immigrants hate on the legal foundation of a lineage based program. That's insane. If Affirmative Action for black folk (including immigrants) has no legal foundation then it will be lost regardless of whether lineage-based reparations has a legal foundation or not.

It's incredible how you shoot to creating division and attacking identify every time when we're trying to have a real discussion about what we're facing in this country.

How was black immigration looking prior to 1965?

It was meant for black folks as in ADOS.

Stop with the semantic games :deadmanny:

Don't try to argue with that dude, he's already set in his ways. People like him are the reason why we even in this mess. He's part of the "both sides are bad crew" who most likely didn't vote in 2016 as well:pacspit:(he most likely won't vote again because "but but... Kamala Harris jailed black people") . Now we will have a repub senate majority and a supreme court filled with conservatives who are intent in ending affirmative action AT ALL LEVELS. Not even NSBE will get your foot in the door now SMH:snoop:.
Ain't that right @Voice of Reason :skip:

Why you so obbssed with reoperations given our current climate? you do realize that the chances or reparations happening right now are like 0%? Instead you should be focusing on stopping these laws that stop AA. Reparations can come later, right now we risk becoming a permanent underclass if we don't stop the shyt going on with the supreme court justice.

I disagree with this. My younger sibling went to MIT and my older sister attened Columbia.

Black kids DO get those test scores...these white ivy league institutions pass them up all the time.

I'm sick of this idea perpetuated that Black people in America don't test high when it comes to the SATs or the BAR or whatever...we do. We just get passed up at a rate higher than everyone else.

Why are almost all of these ivy league institutions almost always 90% plus WHITE students? Cause ivy league/academia is the HEIGHT of racism and keeping the status quo the status quo. Once upon a time, only white people could attend these universities. They were restricted to everyone else. Even though things have changed, that mentality has stayed the same in each of those institutions.
We usually don't breh. Here's the stats from college board. You can't use anecdotes and equate that as evidence. College board administers the test so they can see everyone scores. They released this data two months ago:
Eju6H0aXcAIOvBv

It is what it is most of us don't go to good schools with all the SAT prep that Asians and Cacs get:yeshrug:.

You're not explaining what you want them to do.

Shouting "We gonna pack the courts!" only makes it less likely that they'll ever get the chance to pack the courts. So what do you want them to do right now?

The #1 way to keep the Republicans from a 6-3 majority would have been to oppose Trump in 2016, right?

Yup, but all these guys were stuck on "both sides are bad" in 2016:mjlol:. Now look where we at:francis:.

Here we have blatant white supremacy right in our face and these nimrods are still talking about "tangibles":snoop:

Meanwhile the clown in chief is actively trying to rid of the few "tangibles" that were already fought for and given . Smh.

Its retarted:snoop:

No all black people don’t. Only the people you were systematically oppressed through government policy.

Yes all black people DO feel the suppression in America today nikka. You a fukking dumbass to claim otherwise. You think cops running 23andMe DNA reports on nikkas before clapping them at traffic stops? Stop it slime, they see black skin and they oppress. They see a name that doesn't sound European on a job application, and they toss it. They see a picture on Linked In and they click next, The judge see's cornrows or dreds and they bang that fukking gavel. Aint no damn system in the U.S. thats oppressing black people backing off because you Nigerian. A nikka is a nikka to them.

ALL black people in this country from all different backgrounds get shyt on by white Supremacy these days. That shyt doesn't skip around and only land on those of us with roots back to slavery. The fukk kinda shyt is that. Cacs don't give a fukk about your roots.

Because you're hell bent on this idea that black immigrants don't also face white supremacy. I've been stopped by cops before, and the first thing they saw was my race. At the end of the day we're still black.

I never said nor implied anything like you are saying. Please stop putting words in my mouth. I said Black immigrants should not benefit from repartitions or
Affirmative Action. I also said that the spirit of Affirmative Action was implemented to address some of the effects of slavery and that @Rhakim was being intellectual dishonest by claiming Affirmative Action had nothing to do with slavery.

I agree with the bolded. However, I just read a post where you said "No all black people don’t. Only the people you were systematically oppressed through government policy." you do realize that black people in general are systematically oppressed through government policy right? You act like thre are no African or Carribean people in the hood:mjlol:.
