More skilled/educated jobs for cheap. Our college system took a major blow here, but that’s what republicans have shown - they hate the education system.

Merit based is how it should be done. Its a bad look when foreign immigrants especially when Black try the marriage scam or trying to pay off people. It don't work well in the long term.
Let it be merit based and invest that back into the community especially for Black Americans...i'm talking about what Black Immigrants should do from this.
