I know a Breh who killed someone who tried to rob him. He was a policeman but it was his day off.

He's chilling in the park with his girl when a masked stick up kid runs up on him and demands his cash. As Breh is reaching in his back pocket stick up kid shoots him three times. Breh said he didn't feel hit and pulled his revolver out his concealed holster and lit the stick up kid up killing him.

I asked Breh if he felt remorse and he said hell no. He felt good because the dude tried to kill him and he turned the tables. Said after the excitement he collapsed in pain and almost died at the hospital.

Come to find out the stick up kid was someone he arrested before.

Of all the places to choose to rob, they picked a fukking gun store? The one place where the store owner is %100 ready to blast in case a sucka would?:what:

That grey hair was waiting his whole LIFE for this to happen. You can tell he loved every minute of that. After he slumped the first one he was in TTG mode

He was like "Hell it's about time!" and got to firing. Buddy was dead before he hit the ground.

Depending on the law the friend could be charged with murder
"felony murder" and yeah in this particular case it'd be "proximate cause" which would charge the robbers for any death that occurs in the commission of the crime (including their own). Only a few states have the proximate cause statute. Most only do what's called "agency" which means the person who did the killing would have to have been one of the robbers (in this case they'd both be charged with felony murder had one of them killed someone during the robbery)

Unless you've killed man you can't speak on the emotions behind it. You don't know what goes thru a nikka's mind after that. And I can promise you most people in those situations don't have to die what was ever in the register or store was not life changing wealth.

Probably just a decent human being. It's not easy to kill someone and forget about it

As a gun owner, I don't ever want to be forced to actually use it on someone.

At the end of the day, Santa ain't taking no loses in the offseason

Edit:

I see a few people have made the same point.

Because regardless being involved in a shootout and killing someone isnt something the average human being is going to feel good about. Killing people, only feels good to people with mental illness.
Brehs im not saying dude should be celebrating. Just saying if i had to kill a man that was out to kill me aint no way im gonna feel any regret about it. Remember the robber SHOT AT HIM.

Ive seen a lot of senseless violence growing up. By the time i was 14 I had lived through 5 violent government overthrows in a third world country. By the time i was 16 i seen more dead bodies in the streets either shot to death or burned than most war veterans. I dislike violence with a passion but i understand sometimes you are in a situation and it may be the only way.

Again, if an unarmed kid broke into my house and i shot them out of fear (probably thinking they were armed) and wound up killing him then fine. I'd have reason to feel bad even tho i'd still feel I was in the right. But in this scenario in the video the robber not only pointed the gun at him but also shot at him. He returned fire and wound up killing him. NO. I refuse to feel bad. fukk that.
We'll just agree to disagree on this one :yeshrug:

You ever shot someone......?? or even beat a nikka up so bad he wasn't the same...? Of course its self defense.... but you still retain your humanity at the end of the day... shyt aint a movie or video game...

He said he hate that it happened.... and that's understandable...... he's not weeping and wailing and asking for forgiveness...
NO ive never shot someone. And trust me ive been in the military and got the speech about the value of human life and that it's not fun and games like Holliwood makes it seem from drill seargeants in bootcamp. BUt in this case this was self defense in it's purest form. The robber shot at him. He shot back and wound up killing him.
Call me a monster but no way im feeling bad about this after i do it if im him but hey maybe you're right ive never been in that position
