Fields going to Dallas. That’s my quarterback
Balling out ? You seen his stats nothing balling about them
I've had enough Buckeyes
You risk Tua playing like shyt, losing his confidence and losing games. You'll have vets looking at you like especially since they got a shot at the playoffs.
I would play Fitz until he starts sucking again (which we know he will) and then put Tua in.
you done with Dak already.
What's going on in this thread
Fitz played well against the 49ers because all of the 49ers corners were out injured and they started a practice squad kid.
You ungrateful mother....... Damon Arnette brings a winning culture to your franchise and this the thanks we get
Been done with Dak. He ain’t it breh. Hope he recovers though and somebody else gives him a bag
Fins aren't winning shyt this year anyway, let's at least see what we have in Tua. My initial concern coming into the season was that our o-line was inexperienced, but they've been playing much better than anticipated, so I feel good about him having the tools he needs to succeed, especially with him having 2 weeks to prepare. Absolute worst case, he is a colossal bust and then maybe you think about drafting Fields with the pick that we have from the Texans. If he's solid, the offense just needs another WR and a RB and they're good to go.
I dont understand why they're doing this tbh. I dont think Tua has the body to take NFL hits
Coaching and defending are the bigger problem for the Cowboys. Fitz isn't changing that.
Might as well get the rook in there now. We've had years upon years upon years to see what Fitzmagic gets you at the end of the day. And for a man like Flores, we know he has to be exceptional to keep his job. Not middling or average. Not bad. If Tua is anything close to the transcendent talent everyone thinks he is, this can only work out for the best.
Brian Flores is out to prove something. While Fitzpatrick has been decent, the offense is really limited as his arm ain't where it used to be. Hopefully Tua has been watching Fitz's presence in the pocket because he's going to need it as our receivers don't get tons of separation. The plan is to build around Tua so I'd assume that they want to see how he looks before spending $ on free agents and draft picks.
This actually works out for us as we get a bye before LAR, another team in playoff contention. They have a short week after playing on Monday night, whatever defensive gameplan they did have on the Dolphins is now going to have to be strapped, plus they have to literally travel cross country to play in Miami. We also should have our starting LT and Antonio Callaway back by then.
11/15 is going to be must see TV
The plan was to start Tua after the bye, whether the team was 3-3, 1-5 or 0-6. Thanks for being a class act Fitz but the future is now
