Harbaugh has been successful at every stop and it's not like 7 years is 20 years ago. This isn't the Redskins bringing back Joe Gibbs. He's coached pros very successfully before.

I'm pretty sure Jim has a good pipeline for pro assistants. I hear his brother is a pretty good coach in the NFL
