For me i'd go with Demarcus Ware, Patrick Willis, Andre Johnson, Torry ****, Devin Hester, Jared Allen, LeRoy Butler, Steve Smith, and Tony Boselli

Although I think Andre is probably left out this year unfortunately but I think he will get in next go around but if it was up to me he'd be in just off beating Cortland Finnegan's ass alone

Torry **** needs to be in especially since Isaac Bruce got in, go ahead and get the rest of the GSOT in there

If John Lynch got in, LeRoy Butler damn sure should get in

I think Ware, Hester, and Willis should be locks

Jared Allen should've made it last year

Tony Boselli should get in, he didn't have the longest career but you'd have to look long and hard to find a better OT than him in his prime. Plus if Terrell Davis got in then longevity shouldn't be that big of a deal

Lots of good choices but we also know they wont reward everyone who deserves to be there too. Demarcus Ronde Torry and Reggie Wayne or Andre Johnson would be a good class and a way to break the logjam at receiver that they have now. But the media loved a cat like Hines Ward so much that i could see him getting the call too.

Are def musts, imo.

I always thought Andre Johnson was overrated. But that's just my 2 cents.

If I go based on the players that I look at and immediately say they should be in, it would be the following:

Ware
Jared Allen
Seymour
Willis

I think people forget how good Zach Thomas was as well. If you're looking at accolades, I think most people would be shocked to see how many all-pro selections he had, and isn't in.

FIVE times he was a first-team all-pro. Two times he was a second team all-pro.

Those are CLEARLY HOF level accolades.

Very well said. Dominant player. Undersized, but tackling dynamo. He and Jason Taylor were one of the best defensive duos in history. Used to give the Pats big time trouble. HOF is weird that way. Look at Randy Gradishar. Supreme accolades, member of a very prominent football team(Orange Crush) and still cant get in.
