Just as he saw Geechi, he could think Danny/Rum aren't that much a threat to him (Rum doesn't get personal and keeps his raps to just punching heads off, thats a preference battle up against Lux which might be the safest thing for him. Danny flukey as hell so who knows what he'd get up there sayin). Still gotta execute and im not THAT sold on Loaded Lux in 2023. His best battle work in the last 5 years was loaded hollows. Didn't care for Geechi battle, Surf was okay even though it was a dud, Verb was aight but nothing groundbreaking

I read in the comments on one of these SM13 videos that battlers need to simplify their sh!t more, or at least make it more digestible so the people in the building can follow/catch it. I don't know if I agree with that, I'm a "camera" nig all day and want the most intricate layered sh!t I can get, but if someone were to rock with that logic, Lux would be a prime example of it.

The only way Danny has a shot is if Lux doesn't care about the battle like that. Lux knows he's been inconsistent and needs to get crazy to remind the culture who he is. Whether he actually follows thru with that mindset, when a battle gets locked in, who knows...if he does, I hate it had to be Nitty first. Ehhh or maybe it could be Danny, it really don't matter who it is
