There is a "right way" to consume and create animal products
:why:
so the problem is that people haven't figured out how to eat animal products? and not that the positives you mention, those "fat soluble" vitamins, they can all gotten from vegan sources except for B12 which you are not even talking about? nor that DHA, EPA and Omega-3's can all be gotten in abundance from ground flaxseed? nor that all those vegan sources come with none of the risks associated with animal products?

no, according to you, the problem is that, after thousands of years of vegan sources providing longevity, vitality and protection from disease and animal products doing the opposite, we haven't figured out how to eat animal products yet
that's what people are doing wrong?:dame:

it's not that animal products are associated (with inherent causation factors being elucidated with more detail daily) with cancer, heart and vascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, chronic immunopathic conditions, debilitation, chronic pharmaceutical reliance, it's that...we...we...haven't figure out...how to eat them...quite right yet?:dwillhuh:

that is a serious load of...sum'fin:whoo:
in my opinion
about the only thing you got right,

so thanks but no thanks, I will just stick with the data

Hey can you give me the list of the super foods

All sources of plant based nutrition are super foods in their own way. Read up and increase your knowledge breh or you'll be stuck purchasing the same 10 items until the new superfoods list makes its rounds again.

Sparking blunts in the shade.
I've started transitioning to a plant based diet a week ago, and I've already seen big changes. I've had energy on deck since about day 3, and I don't need to eat nearly as much to get full.

It's still very early on, but I can see myself sticking with this.

K2 might be the biggest hole in our diets we don't know about, especially in vegans - the stereotype about weak, skinny-faced vegans is due to lack of K2 imo. The FDA still doesn't distinguish between K1 and K2 which is ridiculous. It removes calcium from places it shouldn't be and puts it into the places it should, so arteries, bones, teeth, even your jawline are affected, helps against prostate cancer too. Most people get by with meats/eggs/dairy, but it is produced most in grass fed versions of this, which is less as we go on.

The only vegan option I know of is natto, a Japanese fermented soy-based superfood. It's slightly annoying to make and requires 24 hours of fermenting at 100 degrees, but your teeth, jawline, arteries, overall health will thank you if you get it in your diets. Seriously. I make a big batch in a pressure cooker and vacuum seal into ~quarts, make probably two months worth, combine it with some rice and a dash of kelp and that's my goto breakfast. Japanese grocery stores carry it if you want to test it, people are creeped out by the texture & smell, but it's easily the first thing I recommend to vegans to get in their diets.

took a rutabaga and beet with some fresh tarragon & parsley, balsamic, tiny hit of s&p. maybe a hit of maple syrup i can't remember what else but it was dank. been eating off the gardens except for grains, fats, nuts and oils. stocked up on those could probably go through summer without a trip to the store if I had to. I get wheat berries off amazon, make zucchini/sweet potato/squash/sourdough breads, rice and quinoa for veggies. fresh strawberries for days

I don't know if I spoke on it but I'm no longer a vegan. It's still dairy free over here but ever since my doctor told me I was lacking omega 3 and I included some fish to my diet. Still going on 4 years no chicken, beef, milk, eggs though. I'll keep it funky before then I was getting agitated by the so called vegan community and their inner fight between their health knowledge and food guidance, labeling, Constant goal post moving etc...

Do what works for you
