overly complicated graphics settings. i just need two options performance, & fidelity.
all these sliders are too much for me to figure what is best. I don't know what anti aliasing means.just want the highest framerate without the game looking blurry

The one thing that has been happening recently and i do not like at all is lowering the difficulty on bosses/levels after casual gamers complain about it. At least have a mode that retains the original difficulty instead of changing it for everyone.

Oh that reminds me of another complaint. I hate how lazy they are with the difficulty leveling. They literally just make the enemies deal more damage and absorb more damage most of the time and thats it.
I wish higher difficulty just meant the enemies were smarter and more skilled rather than just progressively more bullet spongey.

hard mode should mean that the enemy is better at evading my attacks, and better at finding openings in my defense. Not just a larger health bar and more damage per hit. Think about when you play an online fighting game. The best players are not kicking ass because they got stronger characters than everybody else. They just way more skilled.

Man the whole concept of all them career modes in all sports is goofy, I should be able to create super nikka if I wanted too, I don’t care about realism
Yeah man, how it should be is you invest points in specific moves and create your own play style
could be Euro Step 2, Crossover 3, Post Fade 7
and you get to 100 and really master the move, it becomes unstoppable
think of Skyrim but with hoops lol

Checkpoints in boss fights

Using the stick to shoot in nba games I like pressing one button I stopped playing them because of it wwe 2k does it with grapples too I want good old arcade fun not overly complicated mechanics in sports games.

Hence my difficulty complaint. Having like 5 difficulty modes is always just about making the enemies bullet sponges and giving you less life.

in an ideal setting the enemies AI would be tuned up way more but that requires new tech and programming that most devs aren’t going to put in. Thats why having one set difficulty always feels the most balanced for me.

I don’t like this either. They do it to keep momentum going but it will devalue games where you actaully have healing powers like wolverine when Nathan drake can do it also.

i like metal gears solid 3’s system where you actually have to stop and take a break and heal individual parts of your body with specific items

Performance based difficulty

Where if you die too many times the game lowers the difficulty like resi

Or Smash Bros and Kid Icarus uprising intensity getting lowered when you lose
