Nah yall wylin games like The SIMS, Skyrim, etc become whole new games thanks to mods, and in the case of SIMS it's damn near unplayable without mods. and in the case of BG3 mods help improve on an even already great game (for example mods that let you go up to level 20, provides even more options as fa as what DnD classes/races you can play as) and also provide a new experience. There;s mods that improve graphics, fix bugs, etc. yall are missing out, not all mods are about making female characters nude

Great games don't need mods. Most games that need mods, aren't great games. They need mods to be "great". You named a bunch of mid ass games...and wonder why they require mods to be worth playing. I only associate with greatness. Not gimmicks.

- ARPGS (diablo, POE etc) are inherently poor game games that are held together by their addictive nature and offer very little else when you get down to it because unless you are deleting the entire screen over and over with a couple button presses you are going to die. Its a minmax sim

- Nintendo has been a shyt company for decades and every lauded game they release you can reliably subtract like 15 points from its MC score to get its actual rating.

- Roguelikes are a lazy genre

- Expedition, while relatively new shyts on 99% of jrpgs released ever.

- Baldurs gate 3 is possibly the most overrated game ever. It used to be TW3 but that shyt took the crown and ran with it. Game is a chore to play and even beyond the chars are largely just a bunch of cliches and uninteresting.

yknow, ill say its the namco psx based engine, even the ace combat series has heat in it



the soundtracks in the 3 feel interchangable, and thats definetely a good thing considering how starkly different the games themselves are

ill say this much, before mk double dash, i definetely played more of the multiplayer combat maps in dkr than any other kart racer that offers it. that ice pyramid is up there with the goat mp maps like pipe plaza in mario kart
