When someone asks you if this is the worst build/hype ever for Wrestlemania you can say absolutely without question. The WWE has never had a week this bad inside/outside of the ring.

They shouldn’t have went overseas for so long.
I got booed when I trashed the crowd that was at Backlash in France last year, and this year we were treated to that crowd for an entire month….
And they proceeded to hijack every show to the point where everyone was annoyed.
Then, there’s also all those 3pm Raw’s and taped Smackdowns.
All that with the press run from hell, and you’ve got a Wrestlemania that’s staler than a week old baguette.

late night recap from Thursday
Wale mania was cool, the battle rap with DNA, Chess, Tay Roc and some other breh was a nice hightlight. Samantha Irvin is really good with the R&B music but she dont need the flute but I can see why she left WWE. Shes got something there. Omos and Ricochet had a fun moment clowning each other. Ricochet really be a UPN comedy villan.
Naomi cut an amazng promo on stage, shes really grown and got some fire in her promos. was cool to see Jeff Hardy get his flowers and bring out Chris Bey. Its been dope to see the Hardys give Chris all the support with the stuff they did at Mania. One thing though...that mixing wrestle themes with actual hip hop and R&B might need to stop lol Jey Uso came out and idk...I think my man was either high or drunk, cause he was pausing and spaced like old nas interviews with Rosenberg lol
Also there was this dance troupe that crumped to WWE themes so..thats a thing
Also Wale announced this was the last waleMania just before online and he said he kinda fell out of love with it, but at the show did hint he might see. Although there was a lot of represention (omos, xpac, indi, wrestling media peeps, ricochet, Naomi, Swole, Jey, Jeff, Top Dolla fat ass in a Fubu jersey) you could sense it wasnt like other times (no new day, no Joe coming to do PSA, no Hurt business dudes). Wale also didnt come on till the end to do like a 20 min quick thing and was nowhere beforehand. So breh might be done.
Wrestlecon was cool to walk about . Kevin Owens showed up randomly hat low to go say hi to Mick Foley, surprisingly he didnt get too many notices (people were either line for others or I guess learned not to mob him) I just dapped him up and said peace and best of luck with the recovery.
I havent watched any recaps of the shows around town, but from what Im seeing on twitter (and bare in mind its AEW fans) it seems like this is worst weekend for shows? Lots of WWE ID takeover which caused AEW talent to pull out (the show I went to was suppose to have Shelton in the main event and he got replaced ). I'll probably watch them when Im home and the weekend is over.
Overalll I gotta checking in online and then walking about it feels like nigth and day. On twitter people are crashing saying this is WWE PR's worst disaster cause of the Triple H, Nick Khan and Roman interviews plus everything and in reality even before I got to vegas...it feels no ones saying anything or giving a shyt. Mind you one thing I noticed...Vegas I think is diverse but Trump appears to liked here so that might even be why they're sticking out about him.
Tomorrow gonna do a show, maybe the WWE World and then peep Living Color perform for free next to him hotel (lol) and might hit the hall of fame and 4th Rope but I'll see. We got people in town touching down tomorrow so its gonna be a bit hectic.
Also too many walking around in wrestling shirts beyond the radius I was expecting.

Oh shyt I forgot to mention...so Im walking back from getting something to eat at the fremont ave after Walemania on the way back to the hotel and then I fukking turn across the street to that square area with all the restaraunts and theres a fukking wrestling ring in the middle of the walk and like fukking Juventund is there in a ring saying he'll take pictures with people along with a belt that he says is the WCW cruiserweight but clearly was the X division title for a "Couple of bucks"
