all things considered, It's easy to criticize when you've been set up to win your entire career.
And NO, that's not me saying Cole had it easy or was an industry plant so ya'll can toss that out the window right now.. Cole had to work his way into the position he's in like everyone else..
And let's be real, J. Cole has never been Kendrick. He doesn't get unanimous acclaim, if anything he gets fair to average acclaim from critics.. but one thing J. Cole does have and clearly judging from album sells, he's had it from day one.. is support. Fan support, label support, etc. Wale has never had that, especially on a Cole level.
Cole was set up to win from day 1, he's never faced the type of adversity and scrutiny that Wale has..
It's easy to tell someone to stop complaining when you're going triple platinum and selling out arenas. Meanwhile the person you're telling to stop complaining is battling label heads to even get a project out, receiving zero support and on top of that being scrutinized and poked at by fans and critics alike.
shyts like Lebron telling Demarcus Cousins to stop complaining and be happy he's in the NBA doing what he loves to do, completely dismissing the fact that his team is a laughing stock and completely undermining his skill by failing to put quality pieces around him and setting him up for success... and on top of that, is constantly being talked down upon by analysts for everything but what he's being paid to do, which is play basketball.
It's like bruh, your situation is not mine. fukk outta here..
Are you gonna act like The warm up, the Friday night series and Forrest Hill drive all weren't fire projects?
If you think Wale has a better body of work then Cole, then fine( I disagree tho)
Both have exceptional mixtapes
But uhhhhh... J Cole has one hot album (IMO)
That's why I clarified and said projects. Wale has mixtapes that are basically albumsWho's Tommy?
Don't even askWho's Tommy?
Yore playing semantics now broThat's why I clarified and said projects. Wale has mixtapes that are basically albums

Yeah I would take wale over Cole.Wale > J. Cole
Wale touched his soul
Wale suggested that he's a 6'4 octurane (mixed breh for all you slow nikkas) who success was setup from the start
To all my dark skin brehs or just brehs in general we've always had the social innuendo of envying our light skin brehs either consciously or subconsciously at some point in our lives because society (white supremacy) is more lenient with them
Wale basically said.. hey Holmes you're not really nicer than me and you're not really black and you use the n word (and I give you a pass)
I doubt J Cole has the life experience to respond to an African (Wale is African) checking him like that

at some of y'all dudes always thirsting for some "ima kill you" bars. Cole spoke on some personal shyt about Wale. Wale should have the right to respond. They're still cool, just enjoy the bars brehs.
