what a bytch employee. If i worked at a store and a customer had something like that i'd be cool with it. Like wtf is the employee gaining by ratting u out, its not she'll get fired or something. I highly doubt it'd put her job at risk

Y'all bugging...you gotta be smarter than that. You don't think the stores were made aware of the fukk up? You don't think managers told them employees that work back there "hey, keep an eye out for "xyz" coming in through Site to Store...if someone comes in trying to pick it up, call one of us"? Especially that late in the game. You can claim ignorance if it's really early, but once the stores are made aware, you're damn right they'll fire someone for letting them sales go through.

So I woke up today to an email from Walmart with a 10.00 gift card. Check my PayPal and see nothing is refunded. Check walmart.com and see that that the 2 Acer monitors are still being processed. Then I check Fedex and see my Projector went out for delivery from Munster, IN an hour ago. I'm Going to get someone to be on the lookout in case it gets here and they try to get it back.

Yea I got a email this morning with the gift card and also showing that only one of my two electric scooters got cancelled

I still got charged for both though am going to call them in a bit see wassup

Me: (Walks over to Wal-Mart customer service area)

Me: (Looks down on the floor and the treadmill I ordered right there in the front of the customer service desk)

Me: "I've come to pick up my order."

Lady At The Desk: "Name"

(gives name)

Me:

Lady At The Desk: "This can't be right!"

Lady At The Desk: "You ordered this online?"

Me: "Yes. Thought it was a steal had to order it."

Lady At The Desk: "Hold on let me call my manager over here."

Me:

(manager walks up and talks to lady at the desk)

Me:

Lady At The Desk: "Sir there was a glitch in our system earlier and this is one of items that we flagged."


Me:

Lady At The Desk: "You want this $23 back on your card or cash?"

Me: "Put it back on my card."

Lady At The Desk:
