Walmart lost me when they no longer had 24/7 hour stores :camby:there was nothing like going to Walmart at 2am when nobody was in there, when they started cutting store hours way before the pandemic, they lost most of business. I'm not trying to be in there during regular hours.

They have too many stores anyway. Also they barely have workers in them

Yep. I don't know the numbers now but back when they closed the one at the Crenshaw Mall in LA back in 2016 they said 95% of Walmarts were within ten miles or less of another Walmart.

This is a direct result of their corporate greed and a desire to obliterate competition from small businesses and mom and pop stores. First they aggressively undercut their prices, then they started opening location after location to a point where you HAD to shop there unless you were willing to go out of your way to shop at smaller retailers (and likely spend more $$$).

The funny thing is they're not even the cheapest store in town anymore and shopping there is a hassle now.
